The Best Way to Get Ready For Bed

Stretch it out
While vigorous exercise can rile us up before bedtime, some light, restorative yoga or stretching can ease the body and mind, and lull us into a deeper sleep. Find a practice that works best for you. Light a candle, and spend 30 or so minutes before bed wringing out those muscles to soothe your soul.
